New Service Requirements

To open a new A&A Water account, all customers must submit a completed application, provide valid photo identification, and pay all required fees before service can be activated.

Deposits

  • Homeowners: $100.00

  • Renters, Lease-Purchase Residents & Property Managers: $300.00

Additional Fees

  • Application / Setup Fee: $25.00

  • Account Transfer Fee: $10.00

  • Email Statements: Free

  • Mailed Statements: $3.00 per statement (monthly)
