Monthly Water Rates
Base Rate (0–2,000 gallons): $43.00
2,001–3,000 gallons: Base + $9.00 per 1,000 gallons
3,001–5,000 gallons: Base + $10.25 per 1,000 gallons
5,001–8,000 gallons: Base + $11.30 per 1,000 gallons
8,001+ gallons: Base + $16.70 per 1,000 gallons
Late Fees
$5.00 or 10% of the outstanding balance — whichever is greater.
Payments not received by the due date will automatically incur a 10% late fee.
Disconnection Policy
Accounts with past-due balances may be disconnected without further notice.
Disconnection Fee: $75.00
Service Restoration: Full account balance must be paid before water is reconnected.
Additional deposits may be required.
Water service is restored only during normal business hours.
Tampering Policy
Removing a meter lock, damaging the meter, or any other form of tampering will result in additional charges.
